The Word document below contains the M&A course syllabus for your reference.  In addition to these materials, as we progress thorough the course I will add documents, slide decks, and other materials from time to time on transactions, case law, or other developments that are relevant to the course.  I will post those materials on the calendar for the course, but I thought you might want to review the basic syllabus, in one document, at the outset.
